The upgrading activities of Villamaggiore Sviluppo S.r.l. have focussed on Villamaggiore, a village located in the suburbs just south of Milan, less than 20km from the city center.

The Villamaggiore Village and Wellness Center serve a population of around one million inhabitants in southern Milan and the province of Pavia.

The Village and Center can easily be reached from the major roadways of southern Milan.

Villamaggiore is served by the railway station by the same name, on the Milan-Genoa railway line, and constitutes a hub for commuters who work and study in Milan and Pavia.

Villamaggiore may be reached from Milan either from Via Ripamonti or Via dei Missaglia, and is located midway between the motorway tollbooths of Melegnano and Binasco.

Regular train services will connect students and commuters with the cities of Milan and Pavia in just 10 minutes.
